By accessing or using Skopd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by delacamp, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Skopd account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
Skopd is intended for use by families. As an account holder, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including use by children in your household.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@getskopd.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Skopd offers both a free tier and a paid subscription tier. Paid subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the policies of the respective app store through which you subscribed.
We do not process payment information directly and are not responsible for billing disputes. Please contact Apple or Google directly for payment-related issues.
You agree not to use Skopd to:
You agree not to, directly or indirectly, and shall not permit any of your family's users or any third party to: (a) distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or the content provided by or on behalf of Skopd; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the object code, source code, or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Service; (c) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any element of any of the Service; (d) use the Service for any purpose other than its intended purpose; or (e) access the Service in order to (i) build a competitive product or service, (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Service, or (iii) copy ideas or user interface features of the Service.
Skopd is intended for ordinary personal and family use. To keep the Service reliable and affordable for every family, we monitor for automated or abusive use — including generating an unusually high number of AI reviews in a short period, at a rate or volume inconsistent with genuine family use. Where our systems detect activity consistent with automated use, or we otherwise reasonably believe an account is abusing the Service, we may automatically pause, suspend, or terminate that account, with or without prior notice. If you believe your account was paused in error, contact us at hello@getskopd.com and we will review it.
You retain ownership of any content you enter into Skopd, including media reviews, titles, and notes. By using the Service, you grant delacamp, LLC a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.
The Skopd name, logo, design, and all original content created by delacamp, LLC are owned by delacamp, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.
Skopd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Media reviews within Skopd are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They may miss content, mischaracterize it, or draw in part on third-party sources we do not control. A review, rating, verdict, or suggested age is guidance only — it does not guarantee that any title is appropriate, safe, or suitable for your child or your family.
Skopd is a tool to assist parents, not a substitute for parental judgment and oversight. You, as the account holder, are solely responsible for deciding what media the children in your household may access. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated reviews, for any ratings or notes entered by users, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, delacamp, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
